Our dedicated local staff put your health and safety first and is available 24/7 to provide extraordinary program support and care efficiently in a timely manner to ensure your volunteering experience more pleasant, truly amazing and rewarding. We will make sure that you're prepared to confidently lend your support to children in need, make a difference and enjoy the experience.

Our program coordinators are super friendly, professional, welcoming and hospitable and a good listener to listen and address any concerns you might have while volunteering on our project. Together, we work towards the success of our projects as well as the enjoyment and fulfillment of all volunteers. Our local staff also acts as our volunteer’s point of contact during their program duration.

Our local HAF staff regularly visits and daily communicates with our host-families, volunteers, and placements to ensure everything is running smoothly.
